Project Manager

The PMO Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and methodologies within the organization. This role will oversee project governance, support project managers, and ensure alignment with business objectives to drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities : - Establish PMO Framework : Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization. - Project Oversight : Monitor project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. - Resource Management : Coordinate resources across projects, optimizing allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. - Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting risks, issues, and performance metrics. - Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed. - Continuous Improvement : Assess and refine PMO processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Technology); PMP or equivalent certification preferred. - Proven experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO role. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Clickup, JIRA, etc). - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
