DevOps Engineer - Configuration Management

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and tools, with hands-on experience in container orchestration, automation, and cloud services. You will be responsible for streamlining our development and operations processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment processes. - Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and ensure high availability and scalability. - Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation of deployment tasks. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve system performance. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time, implementing fixes as necessary. - Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to design and deploy cloud infrastructure. - Write and maintain scripts in Python for automation of tasks and processes. - Ensure security best practices are followed in the development and deployment processes. - Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for internal knowledge sharing. Skills and Qualifications : - 2-4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and experience in managing containerized applications. - Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration management. - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.). - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure management. - Solid programming skills in Python for automation and scripting. - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). - Understanding of microservices architecture and API management. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
