Product Designer The organization is seeking a Product Designer with 4-8 years of experience who can collaborate with stakeholders, solve complex issues by offering multiple solutions, and deliver top-notch user experiences that can impact millions of users. What the Role Entails : - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand the product and its features. - Conduct user research to understand behaviors, pain points, attitudes, and expectations. - Design wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for the product or feature. - Articulate the rationale for design decisions effectively to stakeholders. - Iterate rapidly and develop multiple solutions. - Work closely with UI engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented. - Gain an understanding of the product market and Candidate Attributes : - Enthusiastic and passionate about design, usability, and trends. - Empathetic towards colleagues and customers. - Strong understanding of design trends with a desire to experiment with novel ideas. - Experience in visual hierarchy and information architecture. - Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. - Solid knowledge of design fundamentals and principles. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma. - Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Excellent communication skills.
