Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Core PHP, jQuery, and WordPress. - Implement custom features and functionality to enhance overall system capabilities. - Mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. - Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes. - Ensure the adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization to deliver high-quality code. - Conduct regular code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. - Evaluate and introduce new technologies that enhance development processes. Requirements : - Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer with a focus on Core PHP, jQuery, and WordPress. - Strong understanding of web development principles, best practices, and architecture. - Demonstrated ability to create custom themes for WooCommerce is highly desirable. - Leadership skills with a track record of guiding and mentoring development teams. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with version control systems (e., Git) is a plus.
