Innovatise - Technical Lead - .Net Core/AngularJS

This position involves interacting with a variety of individuals internally and externally and at all levels of the organization. Candidate must be driven, organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. This position also requires in-depth knowledge of the . NET Framework, Software Architecture and SQL Server Databases. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : - Assist in the development and maintenance of . NET Core APIs and Angular Applications. - Lead team of developers to ensure software is delivered complete and on time. - Provide guidance and mentorship for professional development of team members. - Work closely with product managers to assist in the design and ownership of the team's products. - Assist in reviewing support tickets and provide bug fixes or route them to the development team. - Work with software QA to test corrections and participate in the deployment process. - Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation. - Generate statistics and author reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field. - 5 years experience leading or managing a team of developers. - 5 years experience working with .NET Framework 4.0 (C#/VB/MVC/Web API). - 5 years experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript. - 3 years experience with .NET Core. - 2 years experience with Angular. - Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc. - Experience building APIs/Web Services REST/SOAP/JSON/XML.
