Senior Automation Tester - Manual Testing

About the job We are seeking a skilled Automation Manual Tester with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript, expertise in automation and manual testing, and experience in designing test strategies and plans. Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, and CRM systems is advantageous, and familiarity with real estate marketplaces or fintech domain knowledge is a plus. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute test plans and test strategies for both automation and manual testing. - Write comprehensive test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios. - Automate test scripts using Selenium or Playwright (tool familiarity is a plus). - Implement and optimize test scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate test scripts with CI/CD pipelines. - Perform manual testing for various functional aspects and ensure thorough test coverage. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and follow up for bug resolution. - Provide feedback on functional specifications and contribute to software design improvement. - Develop and maintain test environments in coordination with the DevOps team. Required Skills : - Experience in both Automation and Manual Testing. - Strong understanding of test design, strategies, and writing test plans. - Mandatory programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript. - Proficiency in Selenium or Playwright (or similar tools). - Good knowledge of 3-tier architecture, APIs, and web services. - Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, and CRM systems. - Familiarity with real estate marketplaces or fintech domains is highly advantageous. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
