What You'll Do As ABM ( Alternative Business Models ) Finance Manager within BCG Milan’s Finance team, you will be a key partner in driving the financial health and strategic growth of our business. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the leadership of ABMs (BCG Platinion, Brighthouse, Inverto, Quantis) providing essential financial guidance and insights. Additionally, you will serve as a crucial link between the East Mediterranean and Caspian (EMC) Finance team and BCG's global finance network. This role offers you exposure to a diverse range of countries across the EMC System, including Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan, providing rich opportunities for both cultural and economic collaboration. What You'll Bring 10 years of relevant experience in a multinational company, with exposure to several finance areas such as management accounting, planning, and project-based financial management; University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with extensive experience in SAP (knowledge of other ERP systems is a plus); Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English (proficiency in German is a plus); Experience delivering high-level customer service and handling confidential information and administrative tasks; Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and overcome challenges; Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task effectively; Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization while maintaining a professional and positive image; Demonstrated analytical skills, ownership and accountability; Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment. Who You'll Work With Members of our finance team are responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG. We make a decisive impact on the firm's direction, performance, and risk-management models. Finance jobs include accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, tax and treasury, financial systems, payroll, and executive compensation. Additional Info You're good at: Monitoring the business performance of ABM entities; Ensuring financial compliance and maintaining the integrity of all finance processes related to ABMs; Supporting the implementation of SAP across the EMC geography, with a targeted go-live date in January 2026; Leading and coordinating cross-functional projects, managing relationships with key corporate functions such as HR, Procurement, and Payroll; Cooperating with outsourced Finance hubs (India) to ensure the quality and reliability of services provided; Engaging with Global teams during tax audits to ensure compliance and coordination; Overseeing all the financial aspects of opening new offices or new business units; Managing pyramid planning and cost reporting to support strategic decision-making together with ABMs Leadership Team.
