Role: NPD Lead

Salary: up to £80,000 + bonus + fantastic benefits!

Location: South, UK (hybrid)

We Are Refyne are proud to be exclusively partnered with an innovative Beauty & Cosmetics brand the who are now on the lookout for an NPD Lead

You will be responsible for the full NPD cycle, sourcing suppliers and leading design & packaging processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the NPD pipeline from ideation through to creation.
• Project Management.
• Ownership and responsibility of the full NPD calendar.
• Oversee product launches from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, timely execution, and achievement of KPIs (profit, revenue, brand growth).
• Drive innovation by actively fostering, leading, and implementing new ideas.
• Sourcing new suppliers and liaising with external stakeholders.
• Manage all regulatory, quality and compliance aspects of New Product Development.
• Lead the design team to deliver packaging and product concepts on time and on-brand.
• Collaborate with the Product team and other key stakeholders to create industry-leading collections and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and the Board.

Person specification:

• Previous experience in a Senior NPD role
• Working closely with CEO’s and SMT’s
• A passion for the beauty & cosmetics industry
