Job Title: eDiscovery Project Manager

Location: London

Are you an eDiscovery Project Manager with extensive law firm and vendor side experience.

Our client is looking for an eDiscovery PM to serve as a leader in successfully managing assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution based on the EDRM from start to finish.

Your Role

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project objectives.
• Drives client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular updates.
• Ensures client and project requirements are being met with the highest quality and accuracy through verification and communicating routinely with both the client and internal partners
• Consistently delivers proactive communication with clients and when client issues arises addresses those issues
• Ensures that an update to date record is maintained with regard to the status of projects
• Demonstrates leadership to both the client and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals, technical experts, and analysts.

About You

• 5+ Years eDiscovery Project Manager experience
• Knowledge across the entire spectrum of the EDRM (electronic discovery reference model) e-disclosure (collection to production)
• Expert Knowledge in Both Relativity (RCA) and Nuix
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
