The Role:

As a Senior Python Engineer, you’ll:

• Own and enhance Xapien Insights, a core feature of our AI-driven platform.
• Lead the development of reliable, scalable systems using Python and a secondary language (e.g., C# or Go).
• Mentor a junior developer in best practices and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Be part of an agile environment where your ideas are valued and innovation thrives.

What You’ll Use:

• Tech Stack: Python, C#, Go, AWS, Vector databases, LLMs (GPT, Cohere)
• Methodologies: Test-Driven Development (TDD), Agile processes
• Growth Opportunities: Dive into new tools and frameworks like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), expand your cloud expertise, and shape the future of AI-powered research.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per year + bonus
