Finatal is seeking an experienced CFO to join a dynamic, private equity backed International technology business. Currently the business is operating at £20m and £3.5m EBIDTA. The CFO will have a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy and drive the long-term success of an exciting, fast-growing business.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial leader within a PE backed environment. You’ll work closely with the CEO and stakeholders to support the company’s ambitious growth objectives. You’ll lead the finance function with a focus on optimising profitability, driving financial performance, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key requirements:

· Proven experience in a finance leadership role including CFO or senior finance executive

· Demonstrated ability working alongside Private Equity in a growth environment

· Experience within one of the following sectors is desirable- advertising/ digital media/ technology

· Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

· Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

· International Experience

· Professionalization of finance function

· Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
