Role Responsibilities:

• Installation, Maintenance, and Servicing of Fire and Security Systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.).
• Provide high-quality service and ensure all systems are working to the highest standards.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and fault-finding diagnostics.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and attend to reactive maintenance requests.
• Complete accurate paperwork, including reports and service records.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Fire and Security Engineer (or related role).
• Knowledge of Fire and Security systems (Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control, etc.).
• Valid Driving License – as travel across the London and M25 region is required.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Relevant Qualifications (e.g. FIA or similar, ECS card, or relevant industry certifications) are preferred.
