Financial Director

This is a great opportunity to be part of a senior team and organisation with complex stakeholders to successfully deliver projects on commercial and residential sites.

You will lead a small finance team and have overall responsibility for Board reporting, finance process improvement, financial controls and procedures, clear reporting, cashflow forecasting and management of funding.

You will have real estate experience in London and be a qualified accountant with proven experience operating as a Finance Director or senior finance leader in a construction based organisation.

You will have strong communication skills and have the ability to manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
