Regional Service Manager

My client is a BMS specialist carrying out new Installations & Projects, Maintenance and Energy Management Services.

They are UK based company and are currently operating across multiple PPM contracts.

You will be responsible for all aspects of BeMS controls service and maintenance and all associated teams in the South (UK).

Working closely with the Service Director to continually improve and develop the delivery of service and maintenance. Input to their parent company and work in line with companywide procedures, business targets and standards.

You will need to be a strong, experienced people person, that can deal effectively with multiple key stakeholders in often pressured environments. Open minded to change and constant improvements. A manager that can delegate proficiently, ensuring our workforce and clients are always receiving the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

• Line management responsibilities to a strong team of circa 25 BeMS controls engineers and administration staff.

• Responsibility for all service and maintenance southern team. Including annual appraisals/recruitment/HR support.

• Commercial responsibility for all service and maintenance contracts (client and supplier). Understanding contractual obligations/minimising risk/point of escalation for clients and suppliers.

• Attending companywide meetings to discuss companywide performance, ensuring continuity throughout the UK/European business.

• Utilising company software tools (Microsoft AX, Power BI, Internal Systems) to monitor and track performance of all contracts (financial performance, slip, labour utilisation, forecasting where required).

• Service contracts/small project quotations as required.

• Labour management – hosting weekly labour planning meetings.

• Attending all team meetings. Presenting to the business as required.
