Facilities Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Consultant to as a CAFMImplementation Project Manager with a strong background in estates and software delivery to join our clients team for a critical 12-month project. This role involves managing the implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software across multiple work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the alignment of 4 work streams and numerous functions related to the IWMS implementation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with numerous different suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate the following work streams:

• Data, suppliers, and IT management
• Space management
• Implementation of Software
• People and change management

Act as a central point of contact across all streams to ensure seamless integration and project success.Roll up your sleeves to tackle operational challenges and drive project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of IWMS/CAFM systems.
• Strong background in estates management to understand how estate functions are impacted by software.
• Demonstrated experience managing software projects with a focus on operational delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse suppliers and teams.
• Ability to start ASAP to support upcoming business case presentations and tender processes.
