Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Consultant to as a CAFMImplementation Project Manager with a strong background in estates and software delivery to join our clients team for a critical 12-month project. This role involves managing the implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software across multiple work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the alignment of 4 work streams and numerous functions related to the IWMS implementation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with numerous different suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate the following work streams:
- Data, suppliers, and IT management
- Space management
- Implementation of Software
- People and change management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of IWMS/CAFM systems.
- Strong background in estates management to understand how estate functions are impacted by software.
- Demonstrated experience managing software projects with a focus on operational delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse suppliers and teams.
- Ability to start ASAP to support upcoming business case presentations and tender processes.
