Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for charming and thoughtful individuals with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:

• Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression, providing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
• Support Management on the delivery of training, departmental meetings, planning, and delegation of work
• Ensure that the daily team tasks are completed effectively
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Take initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner

Successful Food & Beverage Supervisors have:

• Excellent guest engagement skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
