ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic B2B Trade & Contract Manager to lead our expansion in the trade and contract markets. This role will be integral in building relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and other key decision-makers in commercial projects. If you have a passion for design, strategic business development, and building long-lasting partnerships, this could be your next challenge!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets in the B2B market, driving revenue through large-scale trade partnerships.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the trade and contract sectors (hospitality, offices, commercial spaces, etc.) across the UK and Europe.
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key B2B stakeholders such as interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale contract projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent S10Home at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and building a strong network.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (customer support, production, and marketing) to ensure product offerings meet client needs and project specifications.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to enhance our B2B strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High energy result-driven approach
- Proven experience in B2B sales, trade, or contract management, ideally within the furniture, design, or interior industries.
- Strong network within the architecture, interior design, or property development sectors.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the UK and European markets, with experience working across different regions.
- Passion for design interior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
