Product Owner

Role : Product Owner Experience : 6 years Location : Remote Shift : 2 PM-11 PM Position Overview : We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner with 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving product vision, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities : - Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating high-level product strategy into actionable user stories and tasks. - Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle. - Advocate for user-centered design principles, conducting user research, and leveraging customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement. - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact product development. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Qualifications : - 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, construction domain with a service based organization. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading Agile teams. - Familiarity with software development processes and technologies - Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Deep understanding of user experience design principles and a passion for creating products that delight users. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field - Advanced degree is a plus.
