Oracle Technical Lead

Role : Oracle Apps Technical Job Position : Oracle Apps Technical Experience : 8-12years Location : Hyderabad Notice Period : Immediate Required Skills : PL/SQL, RICE Components, Oracle Apps, R12 Job Description : - At least 4 years of Experience in a Technical lead role - Oracle EBS R12.2 Application Development (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, workflows, and Extensions). - Should have worked on P2P, and O2C cycle implementations & have a good understanding of SCM, Finance, and CRM modules. - Extensively worked in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, and workflow. OAF is an added advantage. - Developed several PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers from GUI events or database triggers, to implement complex business transformation logic. - Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.7 or Higher versions of R12. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. - Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle EBS R12.2.2 or higher. - Create and customize Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE components), and workflows to meet business requirements. - Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to implement business logic. - Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL programs, and database objects for performance improvements. - Handle data migration and conversion tasks using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and APIs. - Work on upgrades to Oracle EBS R12.2.7 or higher versions, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. - Plan, test, and implement patches, updates, and customizations, ensuring compatibility with the current system. - Document technical designs, functional requirements, and user manuals. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and training end-users. - Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders to provide status updates and gather feedback.
