Job Description
Job Description : - 8 to 12 years exp - At least 4 years of Experience in a Technical lead role - Oracle EBS R12.2 Application Development (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, workflows, and Extensions). - Should have worked on P2P, and O2C cycle implementations & have a good understanding of SCM, Finance, and CRM modules. - Extensively worked in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, and workflow. OAF is an added advantage. - Developed several PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers from GUI events or database triggers, to implement complex business transformation logic. - Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.7 or Higher versions of R12. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Skills : - PL/SQL, RICE Components, Oracle Apps Roles and Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EBS R12.2 applications. - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and application development. Application Development : - Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. - Design and implement reports, integrations, conversions, and workflows tailored to business requirements. System Implementation : - Oversee the implementation of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes within Oracle EBS. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Module Expertise : - Provide expert knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules. - Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to these modules. Collaboration and Communication : - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Prepare and present technical documentation, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders. Mentoring and Development : - Mentor junior developers and team members, providing guidance on best practices and professional development. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance. Quality Assurance : - Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of applications developed. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively, ensuring minimal downtime. Continuous Improvement : - Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle EBS and related technologies. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within existing applications and workflows. Project Management : - Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of development tasks. - Contribute to project status updates, risk assessments, and resource allocation discussions. Compliance and Security : - Ensure that all development adheres to organizational standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements. (ref:hirist.tech)
