Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using React and related technologies. As part of a cross-functional team, you will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences and implement new features. Roles and Responsibilities : - Build and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React JS. - Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring code reusability and efficiency. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices in React JS development. - Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code. - Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs. - Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across a wide variety of devices and browsers. - Implement performance improvements such as code-splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies to improve performance. - Work on integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other backend services to enhance the functionality of the front-end. - Work with databases like MongoDB to fetch, manipulate, and display data within the application. - Contribute to the DevOps process by helping with the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. - Help improve application deployment strategies, ensuring smooth, reliable production deployments. - Maintain and improve the monitoring, logging, and error-handling practices to ensure application uptime and reliability. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, functionality, and adherence to best practices. - Contribute to maintaining coding standards and implement new coding conventions or practices as needed. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack to ensure applications are stable and bug-free. - Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in React, JavaScript, and the broader web development ecosystem. - Suggest new tools, frameworks, or techniques that could improve productivity or application performance. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Strong experience with React JS, React Router, JSX, hooks (useState, useEffect, useReducer), Context API, and Redux for state management. - Solid understanding of functional components, class components, component lifecycle, and data binding. - Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6). - Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches using tools like Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar. - Familiarity with Git and GitHub (or similar version control systems). - Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and task runners like Gulp or NPM scripts. - Experience in integrating front-end with back-end services (REST APIs, GraphQL). - Understanding of asynchronous programming and promises for API calls. - Practical experience working with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases). - Familiarity with ORMs, querying, and data modeling. - Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS for deployment and monitoring. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools to automate the build, test, and deployment process. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, especially in deploying serverless applications (ref:hirist.tech)
