UX Consultant - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Job Description : We are looking for a talented UX consultant (Hybrid) to join our team and help craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, should be great with User Research, wireframes, prototypes, Usability testing and be skilled in Visual Design. - Degree in Interaction Design/ product design/ visual design/psychology or similar design field. 7- 10 years of experience in UX & Visual Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design solutions. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe, sketch, etc. - Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly. Roles & Responsibilities : - Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Develop personas, user journeys, and scenarios to guide design decisions. - Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. - Should have a great eye for aesthetics, visual design and micro interaction. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and design solutions. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. - Ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical constraints. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes. - Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for the tool. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, AI specialists, and product managers to create a cohesive and engaging user experience. - Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards. - Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. - Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus. - Skills to be evaluated on Interaction Design UX Visual Design Wireframing figmausability analysis sketching communication skills User Research (ref:hirist.tech)
