Technical Lead Developer

Position : Technical Lead Experience : 6 yrs Relevant Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days Location : ITPL, Whitefield, Bengaluru (3-4 day a week WFO) Shift : 10AM - 7 PM Job Description : - Leads the delivery of large, medium, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Drives profitability and continued success by leading service quality and leading delivery. Proactively meets customer expectations through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Must have skills : - Fundamental knowledge on Hybrid Cloud, Microservices Architecture, Software Security, AIML, Hadoop, and Webmethods. - Experienced in Cloud Services projects, .NET technology projects or React/Python projects or Microservices projects or Data processing projects. Secondary skills : Mendix, Low Code No Code platform(Power Apps, Power Platform), Databricks, IOT Interface and IOT Integration applications. Business domain - Semiconductor or Manufacturing Responsibilities : - Lead the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Lead service quality and cost to drive profitability and continued success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. - Provide the design(HLD and LLD) by translating the functional analysis requirement to technical solution approach. - Should be able to identify the business requirement dependencies and implications and suggest customer about the consequences so the requirement will be precise. - Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company. - Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices. - Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products. - Work with the Business to prioritize the feature backlog. - Technical communication : Clearly explaining technical concepts and solutions.
