We’re looking for a Client Relationship Specialist who combines a passion for strategic insights with leadership in client relationships. In this role, you’ll not only turn data into actionable strategies but also guide clients from initial interest through to closing, ensuring each retreat experience meets their unique needs. Your expertise will fuel both the sales team success and client satisfaction as you oversee key stages of the client journey. In this position, your responsibilities span Sales Account Leadership , with a focus on managing and nurturing relationships with international hotels, venues, and experience providers to deliver customized, nature-based retreat packages. Who We’re Looking For: Location : Ideally based in Turin or within a commutable distance. Candidates from nearby areas, like Milan, who meet this commuting requirement are welcome. Our team works on-site in Turin city center two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with three days remote. Experience : You have a proven track record in using data to inform business decisions and supporting sales efforts through insights and relationship-building. 2 years in data analysis, CRM management, or B2B sales is essential. Experience in tourism, hospitality, or event production industries is a must. Sales & Client Engagement : You’re skilled in equipping sales teams with data, tools, and insights to enhance deal-making and build strong client relationships. Leadership in Data Analysis : You’re adept at synthesizing data from CRM, sales, and customer feedback to generate insights that enhance strategy and engagement. Previous roles as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst would be advantageous. Technical Proficiency : Comfortable with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and productivity platforms, such as: Data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL for generating reports. Task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday) to drive team efficiency. AI-powered tools like ChatGPT for automation and client communication. Language Skills : Strong command of written and spoken English. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Data Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and client data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and drive strategic opportunities. Sales Enablement : Partner with the sales team to provide the insights and tools needed for crafting unique retreat packages and closing deals. Custom Package Design : Play a lead role in assembling retreat packages, leveraging relationships with service providers, venues, and experience facilitators (e.g., tour operators, trainers, yoga instructors). Client Leadership in Deal Closing : Guide clients through the final stages of the sales process, negotiating and securing retreat package sales. Process Optimization : Continuously improve CRM and sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Client Relationship Management : Cultivate client relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and maintaining connections even in quieter times, using CRM tools and strategic insights.
