We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects
• Oversee the development of functional specifications to ensure alignment with business needs
• Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all business processes
• Conduct detailed analysis of billing and revenue management systems to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and ensure alignment
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance business efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

Tops Skills:

• 7+ yrs of experience of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Have experience in the Devices, Billing & Revenue Management domain
• Some knowledge or experience working with Salesforce
• English language proficiency
