About the role:
The Head of Performance Marketing is a key member of Back Market’s marketing leadership team. They will lead a strong team and own all our performance marketing channels (e.g., SEM, social, mobile advertising, affiliates, video, display). This job will allow them to have a massive impact in accelerating both the growth and profitability of a top-notch unicorn in the field of circular economy and e-commerce, in an international environment. It requires a solid digital performance marketing background, combined with stellar analytics, technical and people skills.
