Financial Lawyer Framework Contract (F/H)

You join the Master Agreements Negotiation team as a Master Contract Financial Lawyer. In this team, we work in particular to monitor the operations and transactions of the large-scale customer bank, to manage the customer activity, the implementation of the customer strategy and the support of the businesses in their organizational and strategic evolutions.

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

• Negotiating ISDA, FBF, AFTB, GMRA, AFTI, GMSLA, EFET, collateral agreements, ISDA/FIA CDEA, Execution Appendix;
• Dynamically monitor your trading portfolio;
• Provide legal advice to internal customers and support functions;
• Perform the legal due diligence necessary to implement the contract-both upstream and downstream of the negotiation;
• Contribute to the team’s cross-functional missions: project management, reporting, etc.

When dealing with Large Client Banking clients during negotiations, you also have strong interactions with onboarding teams, business lines and support functions, in particular, the Risk Department.

Key link in the process of entering into relationships, you are committed to supporting the businesses in their strategy, while ensuring legal protection in line with the risk policy of the house.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in business and financial law, you have at least a successful experience in an investment bank or management company.

You are familiar with:

• Negotiation of ISDA, FBF, AFTB, GMRA type market contracts...
• Legal advice to CIB operational staff.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

• Curious and open-minded
• Responsive to evolve in a demanding and challenging environment.

You master English with a C1 level.
