BMS Controls Engineer

I working on another excellent role I am looking to fill with the most dynamic BMS controls company in the country, they are looking to strengthen their district heating team in the South East. They see themselves as tight night teams with a can do attitude who go the extra mile for their customers.

What am I looking for:

I am looking for a an experienced BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer who has an in depth knowledge of industrial mechanical HVAC plant with excellent electrical skills. Someone who has a great aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills and is competent with Trend, or Tridium. You will be from a BMS or I an look at an engineer with an M&E background with strong of electrical control panels, CHP, Heat Exchangers, Heat Pumps and industrial boilers.

Territory:

This role will require you to cover the within the M25 mainly in the East London but the sites are spread out all over the city. You will be home based and fully mobile.

What the role requires

The role of BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis

• Pre planned maintenance
• Reactive Breakdowns
• Small Project Works Panel Modifications, changing controllers etc.
• Software Strategy
• Graphic page generation
• Control Panel Design
• Pre-commissioning, Point to point testing
• Testing and Driving the systems as per the Specification
• Commissioning on upgrade projects up to £3M in value

What you can expect back:

• Basic salary £45,000k - £50,000
• Travel time paid at normal rate
• Overtime averaging around £5 -£10k per annum
  • X1.5 weekdays and X2 on Sundays
• Call out Rota 1 in 8 - £275 for each week and a minimum of 4 hours paid at x1.5 per call out
• Car allowance of £6,800 pa or Company car
• Private Healthcare

• 5%/7.5% Company pension
