My client is one of Dubai's leading residential developers, They are looking for a sales execytive who can connect UK clients with luxury investment and residential properties in the UAE. Known for their in-depth market knowledge and client-focused approach, they offer a dynamic, supportive work environment for ambitious sales professionals. As our client base grows, we’re they are looking for a motivated Sales Executive in London to drive Dubai property sales.
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Dubai real estate properties to UK clients, identifying investment opportunities, and guiding clients through the buying process. This role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual with an interest in international property markets and a flair for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Engage UK-based clients to present Dubai property investment opportunities, converting leads into sales.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market, including pricing trends, new developments, and ROI potential, to effectively advise clients.
- Client Consultations: Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand clients' goals and present suitable properties.
- Lead Management: Manage and prioritize leads, following up consistently to maximize conversion rates and client satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and becoming their go-to advisor for Dubai real estate.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly update sales progress and maintain accurate records in CRM systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
Key Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role, ideally within real estate, luxury products, or a high-end service industry.
- 1 year minimum Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate: Familiarity with the Dubai property market and investment benefits, or an eagerness to learn.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous sales records.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones and occasionally travel to Dubai for market insight and client visits.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, online sales presentations, and virtual meeting tools.
