Job Description : Team Lead IT Infrastructure Location : Bangalore Exp : 7-9 years NP : Immediate joiners Role Overview : The Team Lead for IT Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the IT infrastructure team. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities : Team Management : - Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support. - Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions. - Foster a collaborative and productive team Management : - Oversee the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. - Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure. - Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Project Management : - Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products. Technical Expertise : - Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. - Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and project requirements Incident and Problem Management : - Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents. - Ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems to minimize downtime and impact on business : - Proven experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent project management and organizational abilities. - In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and storage systems. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
