Dotsquares - Senior Python Developer - Flask/Django

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable backend applications using Python. - Possess strong expertise in Python core development and Django framework. - Utilize SQL Alchemy to efficiently interact with databases. - Leverage third-party Python modules like itertools, boto3, and others to build robust functionalities. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with MySQL and SQL Server programming. - Possess at least 6 months of experience working with AWS, with a focus on Lambda functions (a plus). - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers) to ensure seamless development lifecycle. - Contribute to code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment. - Write clear, concise, and well-documented code. - Experience with other Python web frameworks like Flask, Pyramid, or Web2py is a significant advantage. - Proficient in Git for version control. Qualifications : - 7 years of experience in Python development. - Proven track record of leading and mentoring junior developers. - In-depth knowledge of Django framework and its core components. - Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries. - Familiarity with third-party Python modules like those mentioned above. - Experience working with AWS and Serverless technologies (bonus points for Lambda). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Python trends (ref:hirist.tech)
