As a Flutter Developer, you will work closely with our designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and responsive apps that enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. - Write clean, modular, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely fixes and improvements. - Conduct code reviews and participate in best practices to improve app quality. - Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and other data services. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile development. Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience : 3 years of experience as a Flutter Developer or similar mobile development role. Technical Skills : - Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Experience with state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Redux). - Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. - Proficiency in Git and version control workflows. - UI/UX : Experience in creating responsive and visually appealing user interfaces. - Testing : Knowledge of testing frameworks for Flutter, including unit and widget testing. - Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Nice-to-Have Skills : - Familiarity with native development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter. - Understanding of Firebase services and integration. - Experience with animation libraries in Flutter. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
