Product Manager

We are looking for a qualified product Manager to join our team in Trivandrum. At the heart of our team lies the Product department, orchestrating all activities to create exceptional product experiences. Roles and Responsibilities : - Ownership of one of the products to define a long-term roadmap. - Collaborate with designers and engineers to launch new features that delight our users - Understand the competitive environment and identify other products that are building great web and mobile experiences for new users - Collaborate with marketing teams to drive adoption and usage of the features you ship - Own the product backlog, continuously groom and prioritize it, and ensure that an agreed scope is always ready- for development - Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution - Work with our data science and user research teams to develop insights into the behaviors and needs of our new users, and translate those insights into hypotheses, tests, and features for how we can improve the product - Internal and External stakeholder management. - Co-ordinate the preparation of user manuals, Product training programs, and training materials Qualification : 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any stream) from reputed institutions 2. Master's Degree in Business Administration from reputed institutions 3. You have at least 2 years of experience in building products related to user experience and understand different levels that can be used to drive user growth. 4. You have proven experience building product roadmaps, defining experiments, and working collaboratively with design and engineering peers. 5. You have run ambitious A/B experiments and translated what you've learned into new product hypotheses or features. 6. You have shipped products that have delivered meaningful business results. 7. You welcome the challenge of developing human-centered experiences and you thrive in ambiguity. 8. You have strong product instincts, but keep those in check with an eye towards data. 9. Should have a good understanding of Agile Software development methodologies 10. Should have excellent analytical and presentation skills 11. Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills 12. Understanding of systems engineering concepts (ref:hirist.tech)
