Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling

Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with over 6 years of experience in the field of Data Science. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative data solutions that drive business decisions and enhance our data capabilities. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement robust machine learning models, including clustering, regression, and classification algorithms. - Design and architect neural networks for complex problem-solving. - Conduct statistical analyses and linear expressions to derive insights from data. - Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as word embeddings, tokenization, semantic and syntactic analysis, and lemmatization. - Work with tensors, vectors, and matrices to manipulate and analyze data. - Leverage the Hugging Face library and BERT for advanced NLP applications. - Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, with experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and exploratory data analysis. - Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members - A business mindset and experience in data-driven decision-making processes. - Proven experience as a data scientist or similar role, with hands-on experience with large-scale projects. - Leading the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms - Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives - Working with product and solution management teams to understand business use cases - Optimizing algorithms for better performance - Ensuring model reliability through MLOps practices - Maintaining data privacy standards Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
