.Net Azure Lead Developer

About the Job : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .NET Azure Lead to join our development team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining innovative cloud-based solutions. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving the development process, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets all project requirements. Responsibilities : Development : - Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features using .NET Core 5/6, C#, REST APIs, T-SQL, and Azure Programming. - Provide application support and integrate APIs with third-party solutions and services. - Understand technical project priorities, implementation dependencies, risks, and issues. - Actively participate as a team member, contributing code across the entire technology stack. - Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Collaborate with the team to define, design, and deliver new features. Leadership and Communication : - Possess a broad and extensive understanding of the SDLC and software development models (Agile, Scrum, Jira). - Demonstrate excellent communication skills for clear and concise technical documentation. - Lead by example, inspiring and motivating team members through effective communication and ownership. Azure Expertise : - Utilize Azure Messaging services (Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub). - Manage Azure Storage Accounts (Blobs, Tables, Queues). - Develop and deploy Azure Functions/Durable Functions. - Implement CI/CD pipelines (classic/YAML) using Azure DevOps. Secondary Skills (Preferred) : - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, jQuery, Angular). - Experience with API Management (APIM). Advanced Azure Skills (Preferred) : - Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Application Insights, Azure Monitoring, KeyVault, and SQL Azure. - Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (classic/YAML) using Azure DevOps. - Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using Azure DevOps practices (CI/CD) with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and managing Azure Cloud Services. - Experience with Azure Container Apps/Docker and Azure Container Registry. Qualifications : - Proven ability to develop high-quality software design and architecture. - 6 years of development experience in C#, .NET technologies, SQL, and a minimum of 2 years working with Azure Cloud Services programming. - Expertise in C#, .NET Core 6.0 or higher, Entity Framework (EF Core), Microservices, Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, and SOA. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members through effective communication and established credibility (ref:hirist.tech)
