Job Description Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead our skilled team of Software engineers and DevOps engineers in developing and maintaining innovative CI/CD tools and infrastructures that significantly improve the efficiency and productivity of functional, performance, and reliability testing. You will drive excellence in our software solutions, impacting global teams and enhancing product quality and engineer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage technical direction, support system migrations, and foster strong collaboration across international teams. Your Role Responsibilities and Duties : - Guide your team to deliver value pragmatically and productively while building architecturally sound, well-crafted, secure, testable, interoperable, and easily modifiable systems. - Lead a team of Software engineers and DevOps engineers to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support our applications and services. - Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Kubernetes etc. - Foster operational excellence, improving the performance, availability, and scalability of your systems, and your team's ability to consistently improve them. - Evaluate team architectural designs for completeness and coherence with requirements. - Own the technical backlog for areas such as cloud superstructure, paved path runtimes, build / deployment, and observability. - Represent the team and charter to internal stakeholders, leadership, and the business. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8 years of working experience, with Github, CI/CD platforms, and container technologies like Docker and 4 years managing team. - Extensive experience deploying and supporting engineering toolsets like Artifactory, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube, others. - Expertise in major programming languages such as Groovy, Golang, Java. - Proven experience in leading technical discussions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to drive complex projects to completion. - Ability to articulate and advocate for best practices in infrastructure management and DevOps processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
