UI/UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch

Job Title : UI/UX Designer Location : Okhla Phase 2 Company : Searching Yard Job Summary : We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centered designs and a strong portfolio demonstrating their design process. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging interfaces for our products. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and create user flows. - Design and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (3 years preferred). - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. - Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
