Technical Lead - Data Center Operations

Job Description : - Lead and manage the operations of the data center, ensuring optimal performance and availability of all systems and services. - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Unix/Linux/Windows servers and associated infrastructure. - Manage storage solutions and ensure efficient end-user computing environments. - Implement and manage cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Collaborate with teams to design and implement virtualization solutions using VMware. - Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Domain Name System (DNS) services. - Monitor data center operations and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. - Lead incident response and problem resolution for data center-related issues. Must-Have Skills : - Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows server administration. - Strong experience in storage management and end-user computing. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions. - Experience with VMware virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with Active Directory and DNS management. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.
