Automation Test Engineer - Selenium

Job Description : We are seeking an Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. Key Responsibilities : - Automation Framework Development : Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks. - Test Planning : Collaborate with the QA team to define test strategies, test cases, and automation plans. - Execution of Test Cases : Execute automated test cases and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Continuous Integration : Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent and efficient testing. - Bug Reporting : Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle, working closely with development teams to facilitate resolution. - Test Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. - Performance Testing : Conduct performance and load testing as required to ensure application robustness. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand product requirements and enhance the testing process. - Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve the testing process. Key Skills : - Strong experience in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit). - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
