Network Security Engineer - Firewall

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer/Lead Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network security and the ability to implement and manage security measures to protect our network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities : - Security Architecture : Design, implement, and manage security solutions to safeguard the network infrastructure against threats and vulnerabilities. - Threat Monitoring : Continuously monitor network traffic for unusual activity and potential security breaches, responding swiftly to incidents. - Incident Response : Lead incident response efforts, analyzing security incidents and providing detailed reports and recommendations for remediation. - Policy Development : Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. - Vulnerability Management : Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans, prioritizing and addressing identified risks. - Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into network design and implementation processes. - Training & Awareness : Conduct security awareness training for staff to promote a culture of security awareness within the organization. - Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of security measures, incident reports, and security policies.
