Python Lead Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Job Title : Senior Python Developer (Contract-to-Hire) Location : Remote Experience : 6 Years Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with a solid background in building API frameworks, chatbot solutions, and working within agile environments. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in RASA framework and BOT development, along with a keen understanding of containerization technologies and microservices. The selected candidate will join on a contract-to-hire basis, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term collaboration with our team. Strong communication skills are essential as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Python Development : Utilize 6 years of Python expertise to develop robust, scalable, and efficient code for various applications. - API Frameworks : Design and build API frameworks that integrate seamlessly with existing applications and services. - BOT Development (RASA) : Lead chatbot development using the RASA framework, employing techniques like Receive, Appreciate, Summarize, and Ask (RASA) to ensure conversational effectiveness and quality. - Microservices Architecture : Architect, develop, and maintain both monolithic and microservices-based applications to support scalable solutions. - Containerization : Leverage Docker for containerization of applications, ensuring high availability and flexibility. - Version Control & Collaboration Tools : Manage and collaborate using Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA to maintain code quality, track progress, and document workflows. - Java Development (Optional) : Knowledge of Java is beneficial and will be considered a plus for projects requiring multi-language support. - Agile Methodologies : Work within an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and adapt to agile best practices. Key Skills & Requirements : Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in Python with 6 years of hands-on development experience. - Hands-on experience with RASA and BOT development. - Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and microservices. - Working knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA. - Basic knowledge of Java (preferred but not required). - Methodologies : Prior experience in an Agile development environment, with a thorough understanding of Agile practices. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setup and articulate complex concepts clearly.
