Technical Manager - Siebel Tools

Job Title : Siebel Technical Manager Location: Any Location Employment Type : Full-time Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled Siebel Technical Manager to lead our Siebel development team and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Siebel applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Siebel architecture, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the Siebel technical team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Siebel applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software development. - Manage system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated on the latest Siebel technologies and industry trends. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5 years of experience in Siebel development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configuration, and customization. - Experience with Siebel Tools, EAI, and EIM. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management (Oracle preferred). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills : - Siebel CRM certification. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and integrations. - Understanding of data modeling and data governance principles.
