Senior SAP Developer - ABAP/BTP Modules

Job Summary : The SAP Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions, including integration development across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires advanced expertise in SAP ABAP and BTP Integration Suite, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration between diverse systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Experience : 8 to 10 Years Key Responsibilities : 1. Mentoring & Leadership : - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members. - Lead Technical QA and code reviews, share best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines. 2. Development & Customization : - Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions using ABAP, ABAP Objects. - Work on complex bespoke SAP customizations, enhancements, and modifications as per business needs. - Develop interfaces, reports, enhancements and programs to optimize business processes within SAP systems. 3. Integration Development : - Lead the development of integration solutions between SAP and external systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies. - Design and implement custom integrations to ensure real-time data exchange between SAP and non-SAP applications. - Troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and system stability. 4. Solution Architecture & Design : - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design scalable and efficient SAP solutions. - Lead technical discussions to identify appropriate integration patterns and design best-fit integration solutions. - Develop detailed technical specifications for integration flows. 5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : - Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility.
