Appian Developer - BPM Applications

Role : Appian developer Location : Pune Experience : 5 to 10 Yrs Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent Working mode : Regular Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy robust Appian BPM applications, leveraging your expertise in Appian 22x/23x. - Participate in end-to-end Appian implementations, contributing to design, development, deployment, and packaging phases. - Utilize Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, Documents, Knowledge Center, and Data Management features effectively. - Develop custom plugins and integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs and Connected Systems. - Collaborate with teams in an Agile development environment, adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise information on project progress and technical solutions. - Leverage Appian technical documentation and community resources to build innovative prototypes. - Contribute to the development of user guides for new projects and enhancements. Qualifications : - 5 years of total IT experience, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Appian development. - Appian Level 2 Certification is mandatory. - Proven experience in designing and developing Appian BPM applications. - Strong understanding of Appian Objects, including Records, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, SAIL Interfaces, CDTs, Process Models, Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Data Stores, Groups, etc. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to effectively contribute to screen and workflow designs for moderate-sized projects. - Proven ability to leverage Appian technical documentation and community resources. - Experience with coding, configuration, debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and documentation.
