Artificial Intelligence Developer - Python/Machine Learning

Job Description : We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer with proven experience and expertise in handling Projects, Clients and Team with the great level of ease and inspiring confidence. You'll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard. The position will include a lot of interaction with foreign clients and diverse cross functional teams. What we are looking for in you : - Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression,clustering, neural networks, decision trees). - Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc. - Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used for AI development. - Familiarity with data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn. - Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions in production. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems. - Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into existing applications. - Build AI-powered tools, platforms, and applications. - Research and implement machine learning algorithms for classification, prediction ,recommendation, and natural language processing (NLP). - Monitor model performance and perform necessary tuning and updates. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for AI algorithms. - Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks. - Conduct data preprocessing, and feature engineering, and ensure data quality for AI applications. - Troubleshoot AI-related issues and improve model accuracy. - Communicate with external partners, customers, and product owners and ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders. - Build and deliver proof of concept demonstrations within the Bridge sales process.
