Performance Test Engineer - JMeter/LoadRunner

Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and implement performance test plans for targeted API endpoints. - Select and utilize appropriate performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) to simulate real-world usage scenarios. - Execute performance and load tests, analysing results to identify performance bottlenecks and scalability issues. - Collaborate with development teams to diagnose performance problems and recommend solutions for optimization. - Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and automation scripts. - Monitor system performance metrics and identify potential performance issues proactively. - Stay updated on the latest performance testing trends and methodologies. - Document performance test findings and recommendations clearly. Mandate Skills : Jmeter & Load Runner, Scripting : - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Performance Engineer or related role. - Proven experience in designing, conducting, and analysing performance and load tests. - Strong understanding of performance testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, performance testing principles). - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Strong communication and written documentation skills.
