UX/UI Lead - Sketch/Figma

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in user experience and interface design, with a focus on omni-commerce, e-commerce, and fintech domains. You will lead a team of designers, driving innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and create design specifications. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. - Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design strategies. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in omni-commerce, e-commerce, or fintech. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. - Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design improvements.
