ServiceNow Developer - IT Service Management

Roles & Responsibilities : - Operate independently and develop as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and problem-solving. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze infrastructure requirements. - Design and implement data center technology components. - Conduct testing to ensure reliability and efficiency of solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues. Professional & Technical Skills : Must-Have : - Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. - Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its application in IT service management. - Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and service catalog management processes. Good-to-Have : - Experience with ServiceNow Tools Administration. - Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems.
