They tend to take little guidance from seniors while working on complex projects which gives valuable insights to support decision-making within an organization. Their proficiency continues to evolve with ongoing learning and experience Skills Required : Coding skills : Mastery in SQL and Python and could write up the complex queries. Queries would be moderately optimized. Analytical Skills : 1. Competence in conducting sophisticated data analyses 2. Ability to manipulate and transform complex datasets for in-depth analysis. 3. Proficiency in working with databases, including designing queries and managing large datasets. 4. Advanced Visualization : Capability to create advanced visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex findings. (Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau) 5.
