Business Analyst

Position : Business Analyst Location: : Jaipur Experience : 3-5 Years Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to drive successful project outcomes. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, and ensure that all business processes are effectively modeled and optimized. Key Responsibilities : - Engage with key stakeholders including clients, users, and management to understand and define business requirements. - Conduct interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements in a structured manner. - Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in building the right product. - Create BRDs, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and other project documentation that provide clarity on project goals, scope, and deliverables. - Document business processes using flow diagrams, wireframes, and data flow diagrams. Tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar will be used for these purposes. - Regularly compile project progress reports and presentations, ensuring stakeholders are informed of timelines, challenges, and project status. - Analyze business problems, propose solutions, and assess the impact of these solutions on existing systems and processes. - Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states of business processes and propose improvements. - Analyze data and metrics to derive insights and support data-driven business decisions. Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc., for data extraction and reporting. - Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). This includes participating in sprints, managing backlogs, conducting daily stand-ups, and ensuring delivery milestones are met. - Understanding and experience working with the Waterfall methodology for projects that require a linear, structured approach with clearly defined phases. - Capture and document current business processes and workflows. Use visual aids to represent these processes. - Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and project management. - Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and process reengineering. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, and other project management tools. - Experience with wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD. - Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel, SQL, or Power BI. - Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
